Trevor Gordon is one of Toronto’s finest entrepreneurs. Completely self-made with a savvy ability to connect with everyone he meets, he is the founder of T.E.G. Entertainment, Toronto’s leading source of talent for the entertainment and nightclub industry. He also works as a professional photographer, taking photos for UMM Magazine, professional models and even Juno Award winner Carlos Morgan. Trevor’s business ventures aren’t just work to him- they’re his passion - and it shows in everything he does.
From an early age, Trevor was an entertainer. Always the class clown, he had a way of grabbing the attention of other kids, his teachers and family members. His Mom took note of her son's ability to find his way in front of any camera within a 10-mile radius (getting himself featured on the local news more than a few times!) and knew from a young age he was a natural. Trevor went on to work in modeling, acting in the theatre as well as working as an extra in films during his childhood. He had a 4-year stint on Electric Circus which introduced him to the lively entertainment industry in Toronto and was the catalyst that propelled him to open T.E.G. Entertainment in 1999. T.E.G. Entertainment offers a wide variety of services: everything from providing promotional models, event planning, to photography. T.E.G. helps plan and provides talent for the ABA hair show each year. In addition, T.E.G. has worked with well known clients to promote products such as Mac Makeup & AG Hair Products. T.E.G. has planned events for some of Toronto's hottest nightclubs, such as the legendary Meow nightclub, La Boom Fridays at Tonic, and the Grand Opening at Distrikt nightclub. T.E.G. does it all: plans the event and after-party, provides model talent and provides pictures of the the event's highlights and attendees. A true Scorpio, Trevor is a confident, “tell it like it is” kind of guy who is passionate about his work and uses his energy to give his all to all of his endeavors. Talk to Trevor for 5 minutes and you quickly realize he was born for this. The mentoring and guidance from his Uncle Ed who taught him to “stay humble or you’ll crumble” helped shape Trevor into the man he is today – one who has successfully made his mark in Toronto and continues to be a pioneer in Toronto’s entertainment industry. |
